The HM series magnetic separator is composed of several parts, including a reducer, housing, magnetic roller, rubber roller, and chip scraper. The reducer drives the magnetic roller to rotate in a circular motion. The finely machined stainless steel magnetic roller has a large吸附 area. When the coolant containing powdered magnetic impurities enters the housing, the impurities are adsorbed to the outer wall of the magnetic roller. The housing is equipped with a liquid guide plate concentric with the magnetic roller, which allows the magnetic chips in the separated liquid to be adsorbed to a great extent on the magnetic roller. After passing through the rubber roller, the impurities are squeezed out with the liquid, achieving a good separation effect. The chip scraper separates the impurities from the magnetic roller and drops them into the waste collection box.
