Marine oil drilling platform chain guides are a type of chain guide with highly specialized requirements. Due to the harsh marine environment, ordinary materials are prone to oxidation and corrosion. After years of exploration and practice, our factory has determined to use special materials, which are then processed with unique techniques to achieve excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The chain plates are cut using laser and water jet cutting methods to avoid deformation from other cutting techniques. The positioning holes and pins are precision-machined, ensuring a smooth contact surface between the pins and the chain plate holes, reducing wear. Additionally, we employ a six-pin shaft positioning support scheme, significantly enhancing the chain guide's load-bearing capacity and suspended length. Tests have shown that under a 130 kg/m load, the suspended length of the chain guide can reach up to 20 meters. Our factory has a professional design team capable of customizing designs based on specific customer requirements and usage conditions.
