Product Details

Our wood vacuum pressure treatment equipment set includes two main categories with dozens of specifications.

The ZM-M model is designed and manufactured in accordance with the American ASME VIII-1 "Pressure Vessel Inspection Code."

The ZM-Z type is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese GB150-1998 standard for "Copper Pressure Vessels." The ZM type wood preservation, degreasing, flame-retardant, and dyeing equipment set is used for preserving, preventing mildew, termite and white ant infestation, flame-retardant, and dyeing bamboo and wood products for outdoor gardens, landscapes, villas, and indoor decoration.

Our ZM-M model equipment is nearly capable of meeting all requirements for preserving bamboo and wood materials, and is suitable for various preservatives, flame retardants, and dyes. The performance unit employs a series of processes such as vacuum, pressure, and heating, and injects a formulated solution of preservatives, flame retardants, and colorants at a specific concentration into the wood cells through vacuum, high-pressure, and frequency pressure, thereby achieving effects of preservation, anti-mold, anti-termite, anti-white ant, flame retardancy, and coloring.

The equipment features a compact and rational design, with simple and easy-to-learn operation, advanced functions, and strong versatility. It handles large volumes of wood, utilizes reasonable auxiliary equipment, ensuring short auxiliary working time and high efficiency. The chemicals are recycled, leading to low production costs and environmental protection.

Wood processed for high-pressure equipment not only meets international industry standards but also allows for over-standard production, becoming the mainstream for future applications in anti-corrosion, flame-retardant, and coloring.

Model ZM-M is manufactured to U.S. standards, featuring a clamp that tightens with rotation for excellent sealing performance.

The ZM-Z model is manufactured according to Chinese standards, featuring a door rotation locking mechanism with excellent sealing performance. The wood protection equipment encompasses all functions of wood preservation, flame retardancy, and coloring. Designed to international standards, the equipment can simultaneously or separately treat wood using full-cell method, high/low-frequency pressing method, double-vacuum method, and other wood protection processes. The working pressure of the equipment ranges from 0.08 MPa to 3.6 MPa, with a working temperature of 0 to 200 degrees Celsius, and a vacuum degree (relative) of 0.098 MPa. The models are available in a complete size range.

Our newly developed PLC timber preservative equipment control system is an intelligent control system for a completely new timber preservation treatment device. It simplifies operation, enhances safety, and ensures reliability. It also accurately measures the amount of preservative absorbed by each cubic meter of wood, allowing for the detection of whether the wood has absorbed the preservative to meet the standard requirements without removing it from the tank.

Pre-sales Service: Provide selection of anti-corrosion equipment, project planning, site layout drawings, and woodworking machinery selection. In-sales Service: Equipment installation, commissioning, operation training, and production process guidance.

After-sales Service: Free product warranty service for one year, including constant supply of materials and chemicals, and technical support for various problems encountered during production. Every process of the product must undergo rigorous inspections, and must pass strict quality supervision department inspections and acceptance before leaving the factory, making it a product that users can fully trust. Our company not only handles installation, debugging, and training for operators but also provides a complete solution for establishing a corrosion prevention factory, along with technical support for the production process and quality control of corrosion prevention materials. We also offer low-cost corrosion inhibitor formulations and production processes, and provide free product promotion on our China Wood Preservation Network.

Performance Advantages

The wood pressure impregnation tank full-cell method fills the wood cells with preservative solution, retaining a large amount of preservative in the wood. This method is suitable for treating wood with waterborne wood preservatives and is also applicable for treating harbor piles and sleepers with coal tar oil.

The operation process can be divided into 5 stages:

1. Vacuum stage before wood pressure impregnation tank

Place the wood in the pressure impregnation tank, close the tank door, then turn on the vacuum pump to evacuate the tank (usually -0.080 to -0.095 MPa), maintain for 15 minutes to remove air from the wood cell cavities, making it easier for the preservative to penetrate and reduce the backflow of preservative upon depressurization, retaining more preservative in the wood.

2. Wood pressure impregnation tank with preservative stage:

Without shutting off the vacuum pump, and maintaining the original vacuum level, add the preservative solution. If the vacuum pump is turned off before the preservative is fully injected into the pressure vessel, the remaining air in the vessel or the vapor generated by the treatment solution will be compressed to the upper part. As more preservative solution is added, these gases will fill the space vacated by the wood pile during vacuuming, resulting in the wood absorbing a lesser amount of preservative solution. This leads to uneven treatment of the wood in the same batch.

3. Pressure Treatment Phase of Wood Preservation Tank

After the preservative is fully loaded into the pressure impregnation tank, shut off the vacuum pump, remove the vacuum, then apply pressure (either hydraulic or air pressure) to reach the required pressure (usually 0.8 to 1.5 MPa) and maintain it for a period (typically 2 to 6 hours) until the desired amount of preservative is deeply pressed into the wood or until the wood stops absorbing the preservative solution. Upon completion of the pressure phase and when releasing the pressure, due to the expansion of a small amount of air compressed within the wood, 5 to 15% of the preservative solution absorbed by the wood during the pressure phase will be flushed back into the pressure impregnation tank.

4. Wood pressure impregnation tank draining stage:

After relieving pressure, utilize the gravitational force of the anti-corrosion solution or use a drainage pump to return the anti-corrosion solution from the pressure immersion tank back to the anti-corrosion solution storage tank.

5. Post-pressure impregnation tank vacuum stage:

After removing the preservative solution, close all valves, connect the vacuum pump, and begin the post-vacuum stage. The vacuum level for the post-vacuum can be the same as the pre-vacuum (-0.080 to -0.095 MPa) or slightly lower, maintaining for 10 to 30 minutes. Then, release the vacuum and discharge the preservative solution extracted during the post-vacuum stage. Open the drum door, remove the treated wood, and the preservation process is complete.
