The YLW type biomass thermal oil boiler is a forced circulation chain grate boiler developed by us. It is a new type of heating equipment that uses biomass as fuel and thermal oil as the medium. It consists of an upper body and a lower chain grate. The front part of the body is the furnace radiant heating surface, the middle part is a heating surface composed of serpentine tubes, and the rear part is the convection surface. During operation, the boiler can effectively adjust the temperature according to actual requirements, meeting various customer needs. The boiler is equipped with a comprehensive operation control system and safety monitoring devices, making it easier and more convenient to operate. Furthermore, all emission indexes of this boiler are below the national "Boiler Atmospheric Pollutant Emission Standard," and its operating cost is 5%-10% lower than that of coal-fired boilers, making it an ideal alternative product for coal-fired boilers.

The heat-absorbing surfaces are arranged in the smoke room, which avoids the direct impact of high-temperature flue gas on the partition walls, preventing the phenomenon of smoke short-circuiting due to the falling off of the partition walls.
Medium flow is rational, from low to high, which makes it difficult for the gas generated during operation to remain inside the furnace, allowing for easy discharge from the system.
