The YGL type biomass thermal oil boiler, which uses biomass pellets as fuel and thermal oil as the medium, is a forced circulation vertical biomass boiler. It employs a circulating oil pump to force the thermal oil into a liquid-phase cycle, transferring heat to the heating equipment and then returning it to the boiler for reheating. It is an ideal heating device. It features a three-pass coil design, providing ample heating surface and sufficient expansion absorption, achieving low-pressure, high-temperature heating. It can also be equipped with a heat recovery system to enhance energy efficiency, making the boiler even more energy-saving. It can serve various industries more effectively and energy-efficiently.

The YGL type biomass thermal oil heater features low pressure and high-temperature operation, with a heating temperature of up to 340℃ in the liquid phase. Therefore, it can be used in various production environments that require uniform heating, do not allow direct flame heating, and have heating temperatures between 150-380℃. The boiler boasts high thermal efficiency, excellent heat transfer performance, stable operation, comprehensive protection functions, and convenient operation and maintenance.
