Operating Principle:
1. Three-pass structure: Utilizing the internationally popular potshell three-pass, full-wet-back structure with a large combustion chamber design for more complete combustion. Fuel burns under slight positive pressure within the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas flows backward along the furnace, turns 180° in the re-burn chamber, enters the flue duct bundle, then turns 180° again through the pressure front smoke box, and finally discharges into the atmosphere after heat exchange through convection.

2. Wavy Furnace Tube: The combustion chamber features a full wavy furnace tube structure, which not only strengthens the disturbance of the flue gas but also increases the radiant heat transfer area; it enhances the rigidity of the furnace tube while effectively reducing its expansion stress; it improves the heat transfer efficiency and promotes the combustion of fuel inside the furnace.

3. Unique Welding Technique for Chimneys and Tube Plates: Utilizing an advanced process of pre-expansion, full welding, and then re-expansion, it effectively prevents tube gap corrosion and enhances welding strength. Employing threaded chimneys with high thermal conductivity to intensify convective heat transfer, reduce exhaust gas temperature, and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency.

4. Symmetrical swing hinges for front and rear smoke doors: Easy to open, convenient for maintenance and cleaning.

5. Boilers feature a wet-back structure with full bevel joint welds, ensuring high reliability and low maintenance costs.

6. The design of the rear-view device facilitates observation of the combustion condition.
