Fuel-gas steam boilers feature an integrated mechanical and electrical structure, offering a spacious and compact design with minimal space occupancy, easy transportation, and low infrastructure investment. They adhere to the principles of energy conservation and environmental protection while meeting the required thermal energy for engineering projects. In terms of production and operation, these boilers truly achieve clean combustion, minimal emissions, ease of operation, and sufficient output.
Product Structure:
1) Triple-pass structure: Utilizes the internationally popular pot shell triple-pass, full wet-back structure, with a large combustion chamber design for more complete combustion. Fuel burns under slight positive pressure within the furnace, with high-temperature flue gas flowing backward along the furnace and turning 180° into the regenerative chamber. It then enters the first smoke channel bundle, turns another 180° into the second bundle, and is discharged into the atmosphere after heat exchange through convection.
2) Wave-shaped Furnace Tube: The combustion chamber features a full wave-shaped furnace tube structure, which strengthens the disturbance of flue gas, increases the radiant heat transfer area; enhances the rigidity of the furnace tube while effectively reducing its expansion stress; and improves heat transfer while promoting fuel combustion within the furnace.
3) Welding technology for the chimney and tube plate: Utilizing a* advanced process of pre-expansion followed by full welding and then re-expansion, it prevents tube gap corrosion and enhances welding strength; employing a threaded chimney with a high thermal conductivity coefficient to strengthen convective heat transfer, lower exhaust gas temperature, and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency.
4) Symmetrical swing hinges for front and rear smoke doors: Easy to open, convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
5) The boiler features a wet-back structure: fully beveled butt joint welding, high performance, and low maintenance costs.
6) The design of the rearview device facilitates observation of the combustion condition.
7) Equipped with multiple protection functions including temperature, pressure, water shortage, leak detection, and shutdown, ensuring safe operation of the boiler.

5. Multi-functional Safety Explosion-proof Device
The boiler rear panel is equipped with a explosion-proof device connected to the furnace chamber, preventing the release of high energy瞬间 when the fuel undergoes a violent explosion inside the furnace. It can automatically reset and also serves as a fire-viewing mirror and maintenance access. It facilitates adjustments to the burning flame during operation, furnace inspections, and easy maintenance.
6. Sufficient safe precipitation time
The boiler's combustion chamber positioning and water level are in compliance with national regulations, and adhere strictly to the international standard for water level fluctuation times, providing ample safe water drop space to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
7. Easy boiler maintenance
The boiler is equipped with manholes at the top, and handhole devices are set below the front and rear sections, facilitating the inspection and cleaning of internal equipment and the bottom of the boiler.

The cigarette box features a double-hinged door for easy opening, with a multi-level maze-style seal. The custom sealing material offers excellent compression properties, completely preventing smoke leakage and is reusable.
