The WDR electric heating boiler is a horizontal heating boiler powered by electricity, primarily including electric heating steam boilers, electric heating atmospheric water boilers, and electric heating pressure water boilers. It utilizes electricity as the heating source, producing no waste gases, slag, or debris during operation, thereby improving the working environment for workers and complying with national environmental protection policies. It is a boiler that meets customer demands. Compared to other boilers, it also features low noise, stable operation, ease of operation, and high thermal efficiency.
The WDR electric heating boiler employs a separation of the furnace body and electrical control cabinet, which avoids issues caused by component overheating and aging, thereby extending its service life. The boiler body is constructed with boiler steel plates, featuring both longitudinal and circumferential automatic welding, and is subjected to X-ray inspection to ensure quality and enhance aesthetic appeal. Additionally, it can automatically track and detect the circulating pump, controlling its startup or shutdown based on the outlet water temperature to meet daily operational requirements.
Performance Advantages
The boiler body is made of *temperature material for *temperature, resulting in minimal heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
Combination of the furnace body and electrical control unit achieves mechanical and electrical integration, reducing the occupied space.
Electric heating tubes are connected to the furnace body via flanges, making disassembly and maintenance very convenient.
Features automatic fault memory function for easy maintenance viewing.
The controller features a digital LCD display with full Chinese characters, a graphical operating interface, allowing users to directly view the equipment's operating parameters on the screen.
The boiler employs a step-by-step loading or unloading design, effectively* protecting the heating elements, reducing the impact on the power grid, and extending its service life.
The heating unit employs ceramic electric heating tubes with a surface load ratio several times lower than that of metal heating tubes, which extends the service life and enhances the thermal efficiency to as high as 99%.
The boiler can be set to operate on specific time intervals as required, allowing for multiple different work periods to be programmed within a single day.
