WDR series fully automatic electric steam boilers, featuring PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control, innovative design, and compact structure. With a new arrangement of electric heating elements, it achieves efficient energy conversion and provides high-quality saturated steam.
The WDR horizontal electric heating steam boiler utilizes a separation method between the boiler body and the electric control cabinet, thus preventing the aging of electrical components due to heat and affecting the service life. The electric heating tubes are selected from high-quality products, with an average service life of about 20,000 hours and a thermal efficiency of nearly 99%. The operation is quiet and clean, meeting environmental requirements and not emitting NOx (nitrogen oxides) into the atmosphere.
Performance Advantages
Each group of electric heating elements in this boiler is connected by a centralized flange, independently set up, featuring simple structure, high mechanical strength, easy installation and replacement, and long service life. It boasts a large steam space and good steam quality; the electrical and mechanical components are separated for installation, with the electrical control elements away from the heat source, which is beneficial for heat dissipation. It can be used individually or in parallel with multiple units.
The WDR horizontal electric heating steam boiler is available in over 100 standard specifications, with rated evaporation capacities ranging from 0.04 to 2 t/h, and a design thermal efficiency of ≥97%. The boiler can be modularly designed to meet different customer requirements or custom-designed to suit specific needs.
