The WNS type low nitrogen fuel gas boiler is a shell-type three-pass wet-back fuel gas boiler produced with advanced technology, consisting of the boiler body, connecting flue, deaerator pump, deaerator, burner, steam-water system, instruments, energy saver, and condenser, etc. Compared to old-style boilers, its most outstanding feature is low nitrogen emissions (during the boiler's operation, nitrogen oxide emissions are significantly reduced, reaching below 30mg/m3, in compliance with national policy requirements). Additionally, this boiler boasts a compact structure, attractive appearance, simple operation, and reliable performance, making it widely used in various industries.

The WNS type low nitrogen gas boiler utilizes a full wet back structure, where high-temperature flue gas is surrounded by water, solving the cooling and sealing issues of the return flue chamber, and improving the boiler's operating environment. The addition of a condenser (made of finned tubes) increases the boiler's efficiency to over 99%, saving operation costs. Additionally, the boiler is equipped with a leakage protection function, which automatically cuts off the power supply upon detection of a leak in the electrical heating element by the control system, ensuring safety for both workers and the boiler, thus extending the boiler's service life.

The control system manages the start and stop of the circulation pump based on the water temperature in the furnace. When the water temperature reaches the set upper limit, the hot water circulation pump is activated. When the water temperature falls below the set lower limit, the hot water circulation pump is turned off.

A condenser is added at the boiler tail to utilize the excess heat from the boiler exhaust to increase the boiler's incoming water temperature, reduce the flue gas temperature, and achieve a heat efficiency above, thereby saving operation costs.

Burn, water level, temperature, and steam pressure can all be automatically adjusted and controlled, simplifying worker operation and enhancing safety.
