Performance Advantages

1. The fully automatic vertical gas-fired hot water boiler features a three-pass structure. The boiler chamber is a single pass, with the second pass consisting of flanged smoke pipes and the third pass formed by the welded smoke pipes and the sealed cylinder.

This fuel gas boiler is equipped with a high-performance fully automatic burner as the main combustion unit. The burner's combustion program is controlled by a mainstream combustion program controller, which can fulfill all necessary functions for the boiler to burn normally. It can automatically initiate protective shutdowns during normal operation, accident conditions, and emergency situations, ensuring water levels fluctuate within the normal range.

2. The product uses oil or gas as fuel. The fuel is ejected from the burner and ignited by an electronic spark plug, combusted under slight positive pressure within the furnace chamber. The high-temperature flue gas reverses from the top into the second pass, then flips from the bottom of the second pass into the third pass. Afterward, it passes through a condenser and is exhausted into the atmosphere through the chimney.

3. The fully automatic vertical gas steam boiler uses fuels such as light oil (heavy oil) and natural gas, with a lower calorific value of light oil (heavy oil) not less than 42.9 MJ/kg; and a lower calorific value of natural gas not less than 35.6 MJ/Nm³.
