Smart Childcare Information Platform Construction Plan
To effectively implement the Smart Project of the Comprehensive Platform for Universal Childcare Services, leveraging digital empowerment to promote universal childcare services, and create new-quality productive forces, we will build the "Smart Childcare Information Platform" based on the Municipal Comprehensive Childcare Service Center. This will facilitate the standardized and safe provision of high-quality childcare services by childcare institutions, ensuring peace of mind for parents, and enhancing public confidence in "good childcare." Therefore, this implementation plan is formulated.

The Comprehensive Childcare Service Intelligence Platform aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of childcare services through信息化 means. The platform will integrate regional childcare resources, achieving informatization, intelligence, and standardization in childcare services. It will improve the quality and efficiency of childcare, providing a one-stop service for administrative supervision, childcare institution operations, children's information, medical-education integration, parent services, childcare map queries, and training assessments. This meets the childcare needs of various groups and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of the local childcare industry.

At the core of "Smart Childcare," create an innovative benchmark for inclusive childcare services rooted locally and extending to surrounding regions, establishing a new ecosystem of childcare services characterized by "government leadership, multi-party collaboration, technological empowerment, and universal sharing." Through the construction of the Smart Childcare Information Platform, in response to the "Guiding Opinions on Further Optimizing Government Services, Enhancing Administrative Efficiency, and Promoting the Completion of 'One Thing with High Efficiency'," achieve the following strategic objectives:
(1) Empower high-quality development in the industry
Integrate global childcare resources, creating a smart hub that encompasses institutional management, quality assessment, safety supervision, and data-driven decision-making. This drives the standardization, regularization, and transparency of childcare services, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the industry.
(II) Deepening Innovation in Civilian Service
Utilize digital means to integrate administrative agencies, childcare institutions, families, and medical organizations, offering precise child care search, health monitoring, and parenting support across various scenarios. This facilitates quick handling of "one thing" for both corporate and individual life cycle's critical stages, enhancing the public's sense of security and peace of mind in entrusting child care.

(3) Drive Governance Capability Upgrade
Utilize AI and big data technologies to construct an intelligent regulatory and decision-making system, achieving optimized allocation of child care resources, proactive risk warnings, and quantitative evaluation of policy effectiveness, thereby aiding administrative bodies in making scientific decisions and advancing modern social governance.
(Four) Strengthen the Foundation for Safe Development
Establish a comprehensive safety and prevention network through technologies like the Internet of Things and intelligent security, ensuring a healthy growth environment for infants and young children, and advancing childcare services from "basic guarantee" to "quality service."
