Equipment Introduction
The fatigue test bench simulates pressure-carrying components under actual working conditions, performing pressure alternating pulse tests on them to evaluate their ability to complete the number of cycles specified by the standard, as well as to assess their fatigue life and modes of fatigue failure. The equipment is manually controlled, with pressure limits, fatigue frequency, and fatigue cycles set by instruments. The pressure transmitter collects system pressure, and tests the pressure resistance of hoses, various metal tubes, non-metallic tubes, fittings, and accessories, assessing their fatigue life and modes of fatigue failure.
