Equipment Introduction

The fatigue test bench simulates pressure-bearing components undergoing pressure alternating pulse tests under actual operating conditions, assessing their ability to complete the specified number of cycles in the standard, and evaluating their fatigue life and failure modes. The equipment is computer-controlled, with the computer setting the upper and lower limits of pressure, pulse frequency, and pulse count. The pressure transmitter collects the system pressure, which is then fed into the computer via a data acquisition card. The computer and pressure transmitter capture the static pressure, controlling the entire testing process. It tests the pressure resistance of hoses, various metal and non-metallic pipes, fittings, and accessories, evaluating their fatigue life and failure modes.
