Equipment Introduction
Used for heptafluoridePropaneThe filling of fire-fighting agents like perfluorohexane and the extraction of residual gases inside the bottles can be controlled by various methods such as digital indicators, PLCs, or computers. Additionally, custom filling machines with single, double, or triple stations can be ordered according to customer requirements.

Note:
Multi-station equipment (e.g., dual-station) features dual drug pumps, dual electronic scales, dual electrical control systems, with each station individually controlled. The weighing capacity is up to 500KG, capable of setting automatic stop upon reaching the desired weight, and includes alarm functionality. This filling system is designed for filling drugs, using nitrogen pressure after filling (the system has a nitrogen inlet) with a filling pressure gauge diameter of 150mm and a 0.4-grade pressure gauge. The equipment includes a nitrogen pressure reducing valve, requiring the user to manually reduce the pressure by connecting a nitrogen cylinder. Additionally, there is an automatic nitrogen filling equipment available, which can be set for nitrogen pressure to meet the requirements for automatic nitrogen filling.
