Equipment Introduction
Water pressure test bench for pressure-bearing components' pressure resistance and burst tests. The entire equipment consists of three main parts: PLC control section, pressure boost power source section, and test chamber section. The PLC controls the entire testing process, allowing for free setting of various test parameters, such as test pressure, holding time, and allowable pressure drop. High-precision pressure transmitters are used to collect real-time pressure values, which are then sent through the pressure control system to the pressure-bearing components inside the test chamber via high-pressure pipelines for static and burst tests. This evaluates the sealing and pressure resistance performance of the pressure-bearing components.

Features of the Equipment
All components are mounted in a sealed box structure, featuring a simple design and secure connections. The control panel is located at the front, making it easy to observe and operate.
PLC control, automatically increasing pressure, holding pressure, and releasing load according to set pressure.
The C machine is equipped with an internal mechanical pressure switch, and the output pressure can be set via an air switch. The booster automatically shuts off when the output pressure reaches the set value.
The unit is equipped with an internal high-pressure one-way valve and filter, ensuring safety and reliability.
The control unit is simple, utilizing pneumatic control throughout, ensuring safety and reliability.
