Equipment Introduction
The Airtightness Test Bench is used for various hoses, metal pipes, automotive pipelines, condensers, heat exchangers, and hydraulic hoses for construction machinery, steel pipes, pressure vessels, stop valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, regulating valves, valve assemblies, and high-pressure valves. It performs pressure tests for the airtightness of petroleum machinery and instrument valves. The equipment is computer-controlled, allowing for the arbitrary setting of single or multi-stage pressure holding tests, achieving stepless adjustment. The test bench automatically stops pressurization if the tested piece bursts. Test data and curve parameters can be displayed in real-time, automatically saved, and test reports can be queried and printed as needed. The printout includes test items, pressure-time curves, test time, pipe manufacturer, pipe model, test number, and inspector, etc.
