Widely applied
Broadly used in the global oil exploration and processing industry, it employs gas-driven liquid pressure boosting units to quantitatively inject chemicals into oil wells, gas wells, and pipelines. This is for purposes of unclogging and defrosting, restoring the normal operation of oil (gas) wells, and can also be used to transport reaction materials to high-pressure reactors. Mainly applied in power plants, refineries, oil extraction, offshore drilling platforms, and water treatment plants across various fields.
Operating Principle
The function of the chemical injection equipment is to introduce chemicals into a high-pressure system. The chemicals typically injected into the circulating fluid are:MethanolPreservatives, Oxygen Absorbers, Drilling Fluid AdditivesCaustic SodaAnd liquid polymers) and defoamers. The chemical injection equipment is equipped with an air-operated plunger pump at the intake end, which is connected to the container of the chemicals. Its discharge end is directly connected to the pipeline.
