A refrigerant booster pump is an air-driven pump that compresses air to increase the pressure of the refrigerant, used for refueling, filling, conveying, and recovering.
I. Product Features
It operates using pure compressed air as the power source, with the refrigerant booster pump serving as the pressure source. It employs refrigerant or refrigerating agent as the medium being pressurized, with the output pressure being proportional to the pressure of the driving gas source. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding pressurized refrigerant or refrigerating agent pressure can be achieved. Once the driving gas source pressure and the pressurized pressure reach equilibrium, the refrigerant booster pump stops pressurizing, and the output pressure stabilizes at the pre-set pressure. It features explosion-proof, energy-saving, environmental protection, adjustable output pressure, compact size, lightweight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide application range.
Part Two: Product Applications
1. Suitable forR 22、R 134a、R 407C、R 41Transportation of various refrigerants such as R-134a.
2. Recycling and refilling of new environmentally friendly refrigerants, including liquefied gases (CO2, SF6, Freon, Fluorineロン)
Section 3: Turbo Pump Assembly
The refrigerant booster pump consists of a driving cylinder, a medium booster cylinder, an automatic directional valve, one-way inlet and outlet valves, high-quality inlet seals, driving and boosting pistons, etc. Technically mature, easy to connect and control, compact structure, and a small, neat, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
