Three, Principle of High-Pressure Pneumatic Turbocharger ZTG Series
High-pressure pneumatic booster pumpThe ZTG series has a wide range of applications, capable of filling with water, oil, or chemical mediums. The drive pressure range is 1.5-10bar. The air-liquid pressure booster pump is controlled by a two-position four-way pilot valve to operate a reciprocating plunger pump. It features a structure with a large diameter piston connected to a small diameter hydraulic plunger. Pressure ratio is generated by the area ratio of the two pistons, which is used to calculate the output pressure. The numbers in the air-liquid pressure booster pump model represent the rated pressure boost ratio, with output hydraulic pressure = pressure boost ratio × drive pressure. An easy-to-use gas pressure reducing valve can set the outlet pressure. The Fient liquid pump can achieve automatic circulation. When the outlet pressure rises, the pump slows down and exerts resistance on the differential piston. When force balance is achieved, the pump automatically stops. When the outlet pressure drops or the drive pressure increases, the pump automatically starts running. The performance of the liquid pump is affected by many factors, such as: the silencer and pilot valve (affected by humidity in the air line) freezing, too small gas pipeline size, or contamination of the filter.
High-pressure gas-liquid booster pumpThe ZTG-2 series utilizes a single-gas-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to achieve the automatic reciprocating movement of the pump. The pump body's gas-driven parts are all made of aluminum alloy, which is blackened after machining and oxidation treatment, ensuring the product's aesthetic appearance and rust-free performance.
The liquid-receiving section is made of carbon steel or stainless steel depending on the medium, and all the pump's sealing components are imported high-quality products, ensuring the pump's performance. This series features a drive piston diameter of 160mm.
The driving air pressure must not exceed 10bar. To ensure the pump's lifespan, it is recommended to use air pressure ≤8bar.
