ZTGD LiquidBoost PumpComposition:

1. Gas section

This section consists of a lightweight eccentric piston with an O-ring seal and a sleeve made of glass fiber wrapped or hard anodized aluminum, filled with epoxy resin in between. The piston is housed within the sleeve. The diameter of this air piston is constant for any series of pneumatic pumps. When compressed air enters the pneumatic device, it forces the piston into the compression stroke, then the air drives the piston back for the suction stroke (except for the M series pumps with spring-assisted return). Unlike many other pumps, the pneumatic device piping does not require lubrication due to the inherent low-friction design and lubrication during assembly.

2. Hydraulic Components

The hydraulic cylinder/piston rod is directly connected to the piston, with its lower end housed within the hydraulic unit casing. Its diameter determines the pump's compression ratio, thereby establishing the output flow rate and maximum pressure. It functions by drawing liquid into the system through the inlet control valve and releasing it at a higher pressure through the outlet control valve. The unit is equipped with a spring-loaded check valve to control the liquid flow in and out. During the suction stroke of the hydraulic unit's cylinder/piston rod, the inlet control valve opens, and the outlet control valve remains closed by the spring, allowing liquid to be drawn into the pump. During the pressure stroke, the inlet control valve closes, and the cylinder/piston rod of the hydraulic unit forces liquid out through the outlet control valve. The dynamic seal is located around the hydraulic unit's cylinder/piston rod and is a nearly wear-free component. Its role is to contain liquid under pressure during the cycle and prevent external leakage or gas intrusion. Different sealing materials and types are selected based on the medium pumped, operating temperature, and pressure ratio. Note: Most pumps use a locating piece between the pneumatic and hydraulic sections to ensure complete separation and pollution-free operation.

3. Air Recirculation Valve

This section consists of a controller and a plunger, which directs compressed air to either end of the air piston based on its position. The piston pushes against the control valve at the top and bottom of its stroke, alternately pressurizing and venting the large surface area of the slide valve to control the airflow to the air piston's reciprocating motion, maintaining a cyclic state. When air is expelled from the pump, it must pass through an exhaust muffler. Unlike many other pumps, the pump does not use a metal-to-metal tight fit in its design, thus preventing the consequence of air leakage causing the plunger to stop operation.

High Cost-Effectiveness: The Fient gas-liquid booster pump is a plunger pump that operates rapidly in a reciprocating motion. As the output pressure increases, the pump's reciprocation slows down until it stops. At this point, the pump's output pressure remains constant, energy consumption is at its lowest, and all components cease movement.
