Oxygen Filling Pump
Product Description
A diving cylinder inflator is an air-driven high-pressure oxygen booster pump, with a displacement of 100L/min, capable of reaching a high pressure of 20-30MPa. It is suitable for high-pressure, explosion-proof, safe use, easy maintenance, compact, lightweight, and portable.
Application Scope
Broadly used for filling diving regulators, high-pressure breathing gas filling for breathing bottles, can be equipped on naval vessels, providing divers with pure, dry, and reliable high-pressure oxygen. Also suitable for civilian diving operations, diving salvage, diving clubs, diving sports, underwater construction, deep-sea aquaculture, and other diving fields.
Operating Principle
A plunger pump operates on the principle of utilizing low-pressure gas at the large piston end to drive the creation of high-pressure gas at the small piston end. The booster pump works reciprocally; as the output pressure increases, the pump's reciprocating speed slows down until it stops. At this point, the pump's output pressure remains constant with the lowest energy consumption, and all components cease movement. The input pressure is adjustable, allowing for a continuous adjustment of the output pressure. It features high output performance and low cost.
Product Features
This product operates without electricity. It uses 3-8bar compressed air as the power source, featuring simple operation, high stability, reliable structure, continuous working capability, long service life, and easy maintenance. The output pressure of oxygen can be adjusted by varying the pressure of the compressed air (Output Pressure = Drive Pressure x Pressure Ratio). To extend the service life, it is recommended to use pressure ≤ 0.8Mpa.
Compressor Pump Assembly
The oxygen filling pump is composed of a drive cylinder, a medium pressure cylinder, an automatic directional valve, in and out one-way valves, high-quality inlet seals, drive and pressure pistons, etc. Technically mature, easy to connect and control, compact structure, and a small, attractive appearance.
Product Categories
Based on the pressure of the pressurized oxygen medium, they can be divided into two main categories: single-stage booster pumps and two-stage booster pumps.
Single-stage booster pumps increase the pressure of oxygen to a certain level, mainly for boosting the pressure in oxygen cylinders. They are further categorized into single-acting pumps and double-acting pumps, differing in a single vs. two pump heads (with varying flow rates). Specific parameters and photos are as shown below.

The secondary boost pump is designed to increase the pressure of oxygen to 3-8 kg, primarily for boosting the oxygen output of oxygen generators. It can directly boost low-pressure oxygen to high-pressure levels. Specific parameters and photos are shown as follows.
