Working Principle of the Screening Machine
The tensioned vibration screen evolves from the traditional circular vibration screen, utilizing a dual vibration principle of basic and supplementary vibration. The basic vibration is a circular motion generated by the rotation of eccentric blocks, while the supplementary vibration is an elliptical motion caused by the basic vibration. The two vibrating masses oscillate at the same frequency. Due to the screen surface being mounted at one end on a fixed frame and at the other on a floating frame, the polyurethane screen surface continuously expands and contracts, achieving high acceleration. The relative linear motion of the two vibrating masses is adjustable, allowing for the modification of all necessary parameters based on the material to be screened. The fixed screen frame with linear vibration and the excited floating screen frame form a resonant system, producing relative motion.
