The DS32-II twin-screw extruder is a multifunctional extruder developed by integrating the principles and features of various single and twin-screw extruders to meet different process requirements. ◆ Modular Screw Assemblies: This machine is equipped with a variety of screw assembly units, including single-head conveyance units, double-head conveyance units, small pitch conveyance units, large pitch conveyance units, reverse helix, cutting blocks, resistance rings, kneading blocks, and metering sets. The combinations of screws can be freely designed to meet different requirements.
◆ Temperature is controlled with a segmented bidirectional system: The heating rod and cooling element are cast simultaneously into a single aluminum casting heater, resulting in low thermal inertia. The fractional structure allows for easy disassembly.
