Introducing a foreign technology, we independently research and produce energy-saving, new-type electric furnaces. They feature a rational double-shell structure, with surface temperatures not exceeding 40°C, and boast an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Made from cold-rolled steel plates, processed by CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-tone powder coating for static spraying, ensuring long-lasting, colorfast, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant finishes.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The types of heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Constructed from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner liner boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or flaking, and a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, full automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, holding, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, which boasts high hardness, no powder loss at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, meeting industry standards.
