Primary Uses
Tube furnaces are primarily used for thermal treatment of samples in laboratory settings under vacuum or protective atmospheres. They are suitable for applications in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, special materials, building materials, universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises for powder calcination, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, material processing, high-quality research and development, high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing.
Product Introduction
Introducing foreign technology, we independently research and produce energy-saving, new-type electric furnaces. They feature a reasonable double-shell structure with surface temperatures no more than 40°C, offering an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance. Made from cold-rolled steel plates, processed by CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-color powder coating for long-lasting, color-fast, high-temperature, and corrosion-resistant properties.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Shell Material: The inner shell is made of imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, constructed through a special process. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no spalling, ensuring a long service life! The furnace tube ends are sealed with stainless steel flanges, allowing operation under vacuum. The flanges feature both an inlet and an outlet for introducing protective gases. The quick-release design of the stainless steel flanges facilitates the loading and unloading of materials.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, offering excellent thermal insulation properties, high tensile strength, free of impurities, high purity, and significant energy-saving effects, in compliance with industry standards.
