Featuring a reasonable double-shell structure, surface temperatures are less than or equal to 40°C, with an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance. Crafted from cold-rolled steel plates, precision machined by CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-color powder coating for long-lasting, fade-resistant, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant properties.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made of imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, constructed through advanced processes. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no chipping, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, temperature maintenance, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control, phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, etc., with high level of automation and all indicators meeting standards.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, featuring high hardness, non-powdering at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
