Product Introduction
Introducing foreign technology, we independently research and produce energy-saving, new-type electric furnaces. Featuring a reasonable double-shell structure, surface temperature not exceeding 40°C, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, these furnaces are made from cold-rolled steel plates, precision machined on CNC machines, and processed with high-precision laser cutting and CNC bending machines. The surface is finished with a beautiful, luxurious two-color powder coating for electrostatic spraying, ensuring durability, colorfastness, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Shell Material: Crafted from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner shell boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no spalling, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, insulation, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high level of automation, all indicators meet the standard level.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, featuring high hardness, no powder shedding at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
