Primary Uses
Tube furnaces are primarily used for laboratory heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere, catering to industries such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, special materials, building materials, universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises for powder calcination, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, material processing, high-quality research and development, high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing.
Product Overview
Introduce foreign technology, independently developed and produced, energy-saving, and new type electric furnaces. Featuring a reasonable double-shell structure, surface temperature ≤ 40°C, aesthetically pleasing appearance, made of cold-rolled steel plates, precision machine tools, and high-precision laser cutting machines and CNC bending machines. The surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious dual-color oxidation powder for electrostatic spraying, ensuring durability, color retention, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance strip, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: The inner liner is made from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, crafted with advanced technology. It boasts strong thermal shock resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, does not cave in, crystallize, or shed particles, and has a long service life!
Stainless steel flanges seal both ends of the furnace tube, allowing operation under vacuum. The flanges feature inlet and outlet ports for introducing protective gas. The quick-release design of the stainless steel flanges facilitates the handling of materials.
Product Features
1. The furnace chamber is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, featuring excellent thermal insulation, high tensile strength, free of impurities, high purity, and significant energy-saving effects, in compliance with industry standards.
2. The heating element uses high-temperature heating components, capable of withstanding heavy loads with stability and a long service life. To ensure usage, a full copper isolated transformer is employed for a uniformly good temperature field.
3. Furnace Tube Material: Connection methods for quartz tubes, alumina tubes, alloy tubes, and stainless steel tubes (determined by temperature) allow the introduction of various different protective atmospheres.
4. High temperature control accuracy, low overshoot, with temperature compensation and correction features, temperature control accuracy ±1°C
5. Utilizes imported temperature control instruments with programming capabilities, allowing for the setting of heating curves and the creation of up to 50 program segments.
6. Monolithic structure, double-layer housing, air-circulation insulation, exceptional aesthetic design, stylish and generous
7. All electronic components are of high quality, featuring leakage protection for reliability.
8. The machine emits an alarm signal for overtemperature during operation and automatically completes the protective action.
9. Once the instrument program is set, simply press the run button, and the subsequent work will be completed automatically.
10. Easy to operate, programmable with PID auto-tuning, automatic heating, temperature maintenance, and cooling, no need for constant supervision; can be equipped with computer communication for controlling the furnace via computer (start/stop furnace, pause heating, set temperature rise rate, etc.).
