Introducing overseas technology, we have independently developed and produced energy-saving, novel electric furnaces. They feature a rational double-shell structure with surface temperatures of less than or equal to 40°C, presenting a stylish and generous appearance. Crafted from cold-rolled steel plates, these furnaces are precision machined with CNC machinery and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines. The surface is finished with an aesthetically pleasing, luxurious dual-color oxidation powder, resulting in a durable, colorfast, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant surface treatment.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on the furnace temperature. The heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance tape, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Shell Material: Constructed from imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner shell boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no spalling, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, temperature maintenance, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module silicon control, phase shift triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections, with a high degree of automation; all indicators meet the level.

1. Furnace chamber material is made of imported high-purity lightweight alumina ceramic, with high hardness, no powder shedding at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, meeting industry standards.
