Product Introduction
Introducing foreign technology, we independently develop and produce energy-saving, innovative electric furnaces. Equipped with a rational double-shell structure, surface temperature is less than or equal to 40°C, featuring a stylish and generous appearance. Made from cold-rolled steel plates, processed by CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines, the surface is treated with a beautiful, luxurious two-tone powder coating for electrostatic painting, ensuring durability, color retention, resistance to high temperatures, and corrosion.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on furnace temperature. The types include: electric resistance wire, resistance ribbon, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Liner Material: Made of imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, the inner liner is constructed through sophisticated processes. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or chipping, and a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, full automatic control, self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, maintenance, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high level of automation, all indicators meet the standard level.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, featuring high hardness, no powder shedding at high temperatures, and no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, in compliance with industry standards.
2. Heater elements are made of resistance wire/silicon carbide rods/silicon molybdenum rods, capable of withstanding high loads, providing stability, long service life, and excellent uniformity of temperature field.
3. Smart temperature control design, with fast heating speed and excellent temperature uniformity, achieving a sintering efficiency 3 times higher than that of similar models in the industry.
4. The intelligent temperature control instrument boasts high precision, minimal overshoot, and features temperature compensation and calibration. The temperature control accuracy is ±1°C (third-party inspection certificate available).
5. The equipment features operational and stop indicator lights, making it easy to determine whether the furnace is in operation or stopped.
6. Double-layered steel plate shell with anti-rust and high-temperature resistant paint coating.
7. All electronic components are from DELIXI, featuring leakage protection for safety and reliability.
