Battery-powered Rear-mounted Single-person Electric Hoist Operating Instructions

Step 1: Connect the power supply and press the emergency stop button.

Second rope threading: First, mark the basket's wheels as 1, 2, 3, and 4. Wheel 3 consists of two large wheels, and Wheel 4 is a small wheel.

First, thread the main rope through the 1st wheel from below, then through the center of the 3rd wheel with two large wheels. Next, pass it through the gap in the support rod, and the main rope will reach the rope entry of the hoist. Press the upper handle key, and the main rope will come out of the machine, completing the rope threading.

Thread a rope through the 2nd wheel from below, then pass it over the top of the 3rd wheel, finally down through the gap between the 4th small wheel and the support rod. You will arrive at the safety lock. Insert the steel wire rope through the safety lock hole, and the auxiliary rope is threaded.
