Overview:
The Yili Series Multi-Linked Horizontal Full-Plastic Water Jet Vacuum Unit is a new type of vacuum equipment developed by our company on the basis of the dual-unit set, further upgraded for enhanced performance. Its key feature is the oversized water tank, which locally addresses the issue of vacuum degree drop caused by water temperature rise in specific environments. The unit employs a water jet vacuum pump as the vacuum generation element, combined with anti-corrosion centrifugal pumps, check valves, and circulating water tanks into an integrated anti-corrosion vacuum system. This model can extract corrosive gases at temperatures up to 150°C and can be used in series with steam jet pumps for higher vacuum levels. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, food, brewing, metallurgy, and environmental protection, primarily for vacuum absorption, filtration, concentration, drying, conveying, oxygen removal, and oxygen enrichment processes. It can effectively replace water ring pumps and reciprocating vacuum pumps.
The quality of the unit hinges greatly on the machine seal.

Product Images:
A scenario to consider for this type of unit: N single-stage water jet units are placed side by side, not used simultaneously. When operating individually, they can slow down the rate of water temperature rise. Additionally, it's convenient to externally install a condenser to uniformly cool the circulating water.
Model and Technical Parameters:

Product Highlights:
One, the water tank is made with a full wrapping process, featuring no weld seams.
Available in sizes up to 6m, 8m, 10m, and 12m without the need for assembly.
Three: The N water jet vacuum pumps share one water tank, suitable for alternating use. The tank is large, with slow water temperature rise and high vacuum level.
Four, steel-lined plastic storage tanks can be used as water tanks.
V. Economically use an external large condenser to cool the circulating water within the tank
