Overview:
The steel-lined plastic multi-joint water jet vacuum unit primarily replaces the original PP water tank with a steel-lined PE water tank, offering enhanced strength and temperature resistance, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan and reducing failure rates. The vacuum level is more stable, and an external pure graphite condenser can be added for a more ideal vacuum effect. This unit can be customized to meet customer specifications and can be used in parallel with two or more vacuum pumps.
Product Highlights:
It involves welding a steel mesh to the steel body surface, using pure polyethylene (PE) as the raw material, and integrating the steel plate, steel mesh, and PE into a single unit through rotational molding. The PE adheres firmly to the steel surface. The product boasts features such as seamless joints, no leakage, resistance to aging and impact, long lifespan, and compliance with hygiene standards. It addresses the shortcomings of fully plastic rotational molding tanks, such as poor rigidity, low pressure resistance, and poor temperature resistance. The interior lining is flat, smooth, and robust, offering advantages such as no leakage, no peeling, resistance to certain pressures, and the ability to withstand higher temperatures, along with a long lifespan when compared to traditional steel-lined plastic board water tanks, steel-lined rubber storage tanks, and steel-lined fiberglass storage tanks.
