XY-1A Model Engineering Drill Rig
Scope and Features
This drilling rig is suitable for engineering geological survey, general prospecting of solid ore deposits, blast holes, and inspection holes for various concrete structures. Depending on the strata, diamond, hard alloy, steel sand, and helical drill bits can be chosen for drilling. The initial bore diameter is 150mm, the final bore diameter is 75mm, and the drilling depth can reach 150 meters. The rig features oil-pressure feed and a ball-nut clamping structure, allowing for continuous rod reversal without stopping the machine. The clutch uses the Dongfeng-12 tractor clutch, which is highly ventilated, easily obtainable and replaceable, and convenient for adjustment. The rig is equipped with an automotive transmission structure, offering strong mobility, a compact design, and features forward and reverse operation, centralized gear shifting, and interlocking safety functions.
The GXY-1 drilling rig is a lightweight, oil-hydraulic feed vertical shaft drilling rig.
The drilling machine is equipped with wheels and a towing mechanism, offering high mobility and can travel normally at speeds up to 20 kilometers per hour.
