This series of hoists is divided into two types: single-point lifting and double-point lifting, and into three drive modes: manual, electric, and dual manual/electric. Generally, manual mechanisms are not included when the lifting capacity exceeds 600KN (per unit). Our QL series hoists offer opening capacities of 3KN to 650KN, and can be specially designed for capacities above 650KN (per unit).

2. The series of hoists shall not be operated on an inclined lift if not specially designed for such use.

3. Electric torches with 30KN or more can be equipped with a travel limit device for operation protection. All manual opening and closing machines are fitted with a limit disc for controlling the descent limit position.

4. The hoisting ears of the gate should be set according to the shape of the lifting machine screw shaft. Special cases should be declared before ordering.

Double arm hand-held electric screw-type opening and closing machines are the current domestic models. These double arm hand-held electric screw opening and closing machines are suitable for wider gates, with a middle drive shaft connected with a universal joint for smoother operation. When the hoisting point distance exceeds 2 meters, the motor drive section is adjusted to the middle of the two opening and closing machines. The operation can be manual or electric. The structure consists of the housing, cover, bracket, nut, screw, pressure bearing, screw, worm, worm gear, hand-crank, motor, and electrical components. A worm gear is used, with the worm adjusting the nut rotation, causing the screw to move up and down. The hand-held electric screw opening and closing machine is equipped with an oil tank and can be lubricated with HJ-30 oil.
