DLD1 Model: Ensure the perpendicularity between the magnetic yoke installation surface and the shaft during installation. Properly align the moving disc with the magnetic yoke axially, and maintain concentricity between the moving disc and the magnetic yoke. The fit between the moving disc and the shaft (A) uses H7/g6, f6 tolerances, ensuring axial alignment while maintaining the illustrated friction gap between the moving disc and the magnetic yoke. The tightening screws of the flange (A) should be coated with anti-loosening adhesive before being inserted.
