All oil-like substances on the friction surface must be cleaned, and alcohol can be used for wiping. Pulling or bending the power supply lead wire with force is not permitted.

DLD1 Type: Ensure the perpendicularity between the magnet yoke installation surface and the shaft during installation. Properly align the moving disc with the magnet yoke axially, and maintain concentricity between the moving disc and the magnet yoke. The fit between the moving disc and the shaft (法兰 A) uses H7/g6, f6 tolerances, ensuring axial alignment while maintaining the illustrated friction gap and spacing between the moving disc and the magnet yoke. Apply anti-loosening glue to the locking screws of法兰 A before tightening.
