The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, offering strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to sudden temperature changes, good corrosion resistance, non-collapsing, non-crystallizing, non-losing particles, pollution-free, and a long service life.
The control system features a touch screen PLC with PID adjustment, automatic control, and auto-tuning capabilities, 50-step program programming, and can be programmed for various heating, constant temperature, and cooling processes, offering high temperature control accuracy.
The protective device features independent protection mechanisms: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disengagement, power failure, leakage, short circuit, etc.).

Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, allowing for remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnace, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
