This furnace utilizes high-quality resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as heating elements. It features a double-layer furnace shell with an air insulating layer, maintaining a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. It boasts advantages such as uniform temperature field, the surface temperature of the double-layer heat-insulating furnace body close to room temperature, and adjustable heating, maintaining, and cooling rates. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, offering strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slagging, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology and touch screen PLC control, featuring PID adjustment, automatic control, and self-tuning capabilities. It supports 50-step programming and can be programmed for various heating, constant temperature, and cooling procedures, with high temperature control accuracy. The level of automation is high, and all indicators meet advanced levels.
The protective device utilizes independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, uncoupling, power failure, leakage, short-circuit, etc.).
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, start-up, shutdown, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
