This equipment incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed energy-saving and environmentally friendly new electric furnace. The housing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, processed by precision CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray painting process. This furnace utilizes high-quality resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as heating elements, features a double-layer furnace shell with air insulation, and maintains a low surface temperature of the shell. It offers uniform temperature distribution, a double-layer heat-insulating furnace body surface temperature close to room temperature, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, boasting strong thermal shock resistance, excellent resistance to rapid heating and cooling, good corrosion resistance, non-collapsing, non-crystallizing, non-spalling, pollution-free, and a long service life.
The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring a touch screen PLC control with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning capabilities. It supports 50-program segment programming and can be programmed for various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs, offering high temperature control accuracy. The level of automation is high, and all indicators have reached advanced levels.
The protective device employs independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disconnection, power failure, leakage, short-circuit, etc.).
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, start-up and shutdown of the furnace, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
