Product Introduction:
Dental furnaces are widely used in universities, research institutions, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, new material development, and special materials. This equipment incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed and produced energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric furnace. It boasts a scientifically and rationally designed structure, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, advanced and reasonable construction, simple and convenient operation. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, precision-machined on CNC machines, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and color fading.
The furnace features uniform temperature field, a double-layer insulating body surface temperature close to room temperature, and adjustable rates for heating, maintaining, and cooling. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, offering strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slagging, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system features a touch screen PLC with PID adjustment, automatic control, and self-tuning capabilities, 50-stage programming, and the ability to create various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs, offering high temperature control accuracy.
Protective devices utilize independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disengagement, power failure, leakage, short circuit, etc.).
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
