Shot Blasting Machine
Overview
This machine forms spherical pellets by setting up a rotating centrifugal disc, a blower, and an air-powered spray gun. The mixed particles from the previous process are poured into the rotating centrifugal disc, then the blower is turned on before starting the disc rotation. The wet particles are subjected to the buoyant force of the surrounding air, the centrifugal force of rotation, and their own gravity, resulting in a circumferential rope-like movement, thereby creating pellets with a high true spherical degree.
