Primary Application

The KZL series rapid granulator is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries with excellent performance. It features a well-designed filter mesh, rods, and is capable of粉碎 large quantities of fragile materials. Operating on the principle of centrifugal force, it uses a special-hole filter mesh for precise screening. The dedicated friction filter rods can pierce through sturdy particles and simultaneously grind large aggregates; this machine can replace oscillating granulators.

Features:

1. This machine is suitable for the crushing and sorting of granules in industries such as Chinese and Western medicine, food, chemical pigments, and feed. The shapes and specifications of granules obtained from various granulation processes and equipment vary. After the granules are cut by the high-speed blade assembly of this machine, they are discharged through a sieve plate, resulting in granules with consistent shapes and specifications.

2. All parts of this unit are made of stainless steel, with a polished surface for easy assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.
