Principle of Operation

The machine is composed of three major parts: the sieve box, vibration source, and vibration damper. The vibration frame is connected to the sieve box edge, featuring 4-12 sets of soft rubber vibration dampers fixed vertically and horizontally, generating centrifugal force. With the vibration dampers controlling the floating amplitude, the material is layered and sifted downward, thus meeting the optimal working requirements. This machine can smoothly sift materials with high fiber content, high viscosity, and high humidity that are prone to clogging sieve holes.
