Working Principle

The machine is primarily composed of the undercarriage trolley, column, hydraulic lifting system, and hopper tilting system. During operation, first secure the conical hopper with the material drum, activate the lifting lever to perform the lifting motion. Then, activate the tilting lever, allowing the drum to tilt 180 degrees. Move the undercarriage trolley to align with the feeding port of the next process equipment, open the discharge disc valve on the hopper for easy material addition. The lifting height of the machine from the discharge outlet to the ground is 1.8 meters, and the overall height is 1.95 meters, making it convenient to pass through clean zone standard doors and expand the usage range.
