WSJ Series Octagonal Ball Mill
WSJ series octagonal ball mill features: Designed with octagonal or hexagonal barrel bodies, the movement of materials and grinding media inside the barrel, such as lifting, impacting, friction, and shearing, is altered compared to conventional drum ball mills, thereby enhancing the ball milling and mixing efficiency.
The WSJ series octagonal ball mill is designed for easy loading and unloading, with the ball mill barrel positioned using a photoelectric controller, allowing for indirect connection with equipment such as the customer-provided stainless steel screening machine, ensuring convenient operation. The ball mill barrel can also be customized to have an angled tilt and an internal octagonal design with cooling systems or dust-proof covers upon customer request, to prevent dust pollution during discharge.
The inner lining of the drum can be made of nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, stainless steel, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, manganese steel, and other materials.
