ATL-I series coagulation machines, defoaming machines
The chemical glue machine drum is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with both the stainless steel impeller and shaft. It can be heated using water or thermal oil, with a temperature controller that can set the PVA solution temperature inside the drum between 10~85 degrees, and the oil temperature to 110 degrees. Two temperature controllers can control the temperature simultaneously without creating bubbles during mixing. The chemical glue machine uses a jacketed heating method and is insulated with silicate aluminum fiber. The 3-50L equipment's mixing shaft can be easily removed, and the frame components can rotate 90 degrees for easy drum removal, allowing the melted adhesive to be extracted. The melted adhesive does not bubble or scorch.
Deaerators are industrial equipment used to remove bubbles from the interior or surface of materials. By utilizing principles such as vacuum, pressure, or centrifugal force, bubbles are rapidly expanded, ruptured, or expelled, thereby enhancing the uniformity, strength, and aesthetic quality of the product.
Primary Application:
1. Electronics Industry: Remove bubbles from display screens, chip packaging, and circuit board adhesives.
2. Optical Materials: Remove bubbles from lens, film materials, and optical adhesive bonding layers.
3. New Energy: Used for bubble removal in lithium battery electrode coating and fuel cell membrane electrodes.
4. Research & Development: Handling biological preparations, reagents, and packaging materials.
5. Composite Materials: Improve the density of resins, adhesives, and coating materials.
