WH Series Blender

I. Overview:
The WH series blender is a versatile mixing equipment for powdery and granular materials. It boasts high mixing efficiency, ease of operation, and convenient cleaning, and is widely used in fields such as electronics, ceramics, magnetic materials, rare earths, refractory materials, pesticides, and metallurgy.

II. Working Principle:
The machine achieves uniform mixing of particles or powder by utilizing the reverse rotation of the drum, which causes the internal screw to flip and create irregular movement of the material. During discharge, the drum reverses, and the material is guided out through internal scraper plates.

III. Features:
No mechanical extrusion or aggressive wear; maintains the integrity of the granular powder. The drum is equipped with a spiral transition with no dead angles, and the discharge outlet features a scraper movement for easy and clean discharge.
This machine can be paired with storage bins equipped with weighing modules and vacuum feeding machines or hoists. It allows for intermittent or continuous mixing of several types of materials simultaneously, enhancing production output and reducing production costs.
