WSG Series Rotary Vacuum Dryer
The rotary vacuum dryer introduces heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) into the sealed jacket, where the heat is transferred to the drying material through the inner wall. Driven by power, the drum slowly rotates, continuously mixing the material inside to enhance the drying process. In a vacuum state, the steam pressure drops, causing moisture (solvent) on the surface of the material to evaporate and be promptly removed and recycled by the vacuum pump. The moisture within the material continuously渗透 (penetrates) to the surface and is expelled, with these three processes occurring continuously, leading to rapid drying of the material.
